Costituita da 35 ettari di boschi, orti e frutteti coltivati biologicamente, l' azienda si estende a 650 m.s.l.m., lungo lo spartiacque tra Tirreno e Jonio, nell'area ecologica delle Serre Vibonesi. L'ospitalità aziendale si attua secondo due diverse formule:
  1. nel casale padronale
  2. nel borghetto rurale

Built on the ruins of an ancient Byzantine monastery and set in the heart of Calabria’s most beautiful mountain scenery, this 35 hectares estate offers guests a very relaxing stay. Wodds cover 27 hectares of the land. The rest is cultivated for nuts, fruit, vegetables and grain. It's possible to choose between two different formulas:

  1. in the main house
  2. in the old rural hamlet




Il casale, costruito sulle rovine di un antico monastero basiliano del 900 d.C.,del quale si conservano ancora alcune arcate originali,è totalmente affrescato sia al piano superiore che nelle 6 stanze da letto, tutte dotate di bagno. L'ospitalità ha carattere alberghiero (pulizia giornaliera delle stanze, cambio bisettimanale della biancheria da letto e a giorni alterni della biancheria da bagno). Al piano terra, gli ambienti comuni, raffinati e confortevoli, sono a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti dell’azienda; qui si possono assaporare i prodotti biologici e la cucina tradizionale di Marina, proprietaria dell'azienda.

In the main house, all the rooms in the main house are decorated by wall frescoes, painted by Marina’s granfather, and these give each one a unique theme and the whole house a particular fascination. There are only six bedrooms, all with private shower rooms, with simple but comfortable furnishings. ( Three rooms have en-suite shower rooms; the other three have shower rooms just across the corridor. All rooms, except one, have balconies ). There is possible to taste Marina's cooking, made by organic production .

Il borghetto, distante appena 100m dal casale, è caratterizzato da tre edifici rurali d’epoca (la casa colonica, la vecchia stalla e la piccola porcilaia), all’interno dei quali, nei singoli appartamenti di vario taglio, gli ospiti possono godere, sia per l’architettura che per gli arredi, delle suggestive ed originali atmosfere di campagna.

The old rural hamlet, recently restored , in the old rural hamlet , from an estate worker’s house, with a former granary and bakery, and from an ancient cowhouse and pigsty , and set in the grounds of " I Basiliani", about 100m from the house,are six ground floor apartments of different size. These have been renovated with great care, to retain the original character and features,with an abundance of revealed brick,stone and wooden beams. From the lovely terrace outside the houses,there are captivating views to the mountain scenery.
